Policies

Processing Times:

Orders generally ship within 1-5 business days. Most items are made to order, but I do have some RTS as well. If you need an order by a specific deadline, please message me first to see if I can accommodate your request. I am happy to help, if I am able. 

US Shipping:

Standard orders ship USPS First Class for free. If you need to upgrade shipping, your options are listed at checkout. Nestling Props is not responsible for lost or delayed orders once your item has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided at time of shipment. Lost or damaged delivery claims will need to be reported to and handled through the USPS.


Refund & Exchanges:

All sales are final. However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss. We will work together to make it right.
